Terms
Terms of use.
The rules for using this website, and a plain overview of how our services work.
Last updated: 16 October 2026
About these terms
These terms apply to your use of sleepaerocare.com (the “website”), operated by Sleep Coach AeroCare Limited (CAC registration RC 9117941), trading as Sleep AeroCare Nigeria (“Sleep AeroCare”, “we”, “us”), registered address 8 Otukpo Street, Garki, Abuja, FCT, Nigeria. By using the website you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
Who may use the website
Our services are currently for adults aged 18 and older. The online sleep assessment is for adults, and you must confirm that you are 18 or older before you start.
What the website and the assessment are
- The website gives general information about sleep health and about the services Sleep AeroCare offers.
- The sleep assessment is an educational screening tool. It groups your answers into simple categories to suggest a next step. It is not a diagnosis, and it is not a substitute for medical evaluation or advice.
- The website does not replace primary medical care.
- Visiting the website, sending an enquiry, booking an appointment or completing the assessment does not by itself create a doctor-patient relationship. A clinical relationship begins when we accept a consultation or clinical intake.
- The website is not for emergencies. If you think you are having a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services or go to the nearest emergency facility.
- If you feel sleepy while driving, do not drive.
Our services
Whether a service is suitable for you depends on a clinical assessment. Diagnosis, testing and treatment are provided by licensed clinicians once we have accepted your consultation or intake.
- Physician consultations. Consultation with a physician about your sleep, by virtual consultation or by home visit.
- Home sleep testing. Convenient sleep testing for appropriate patients, selected according to your clinical needs.
- Advanced sleep testing. When symptoms or medical circumstances call for it, we can arrange more comprehensive testing through referral to a hospital-based sleep service.
- CPAP, APAP and bilevel therapy. Supply of devices, setup, and help with fitting, comfort and follow-up.
- Positional therapy. Where clinically suitable, we recommend positional approaches to sleep.
- Oral appliance referrals. If clinically appropriate, we can refer you to a qualified provider for oral appliance therapy.
Referral providers, including hospital-based services and oral appliance providers, are independent. Their assessments, equipment, fees, policies and care are their own.
Booking and consultation format
Virtual consultations. You choose an available time on our online booking page, provided by Google. Your booking is confirmed when you complete it, and you receive a confirmation from the booking provider. We may need to reschedule in exceptional circumstances and will tell you if we do. Our contact hours for calls, WhatsApp and email are not appointment availability; the booking page shows when consultations can be booked.
Home visits. Home visits available on request. Additional fees apply. A request is not an appointment: a home visit is arranged only when we have confirmed availability, the fee and the arrangements with you.
We do not offer routine in-clinic consultations.
Fees and payment
Booking a time does not collect payment, and this website does not take payments. Our team tells you the applicable charges, and any cancellation or rescheduling conditions that apply, before you commit to a paid service. Payment is generally made by bank transfer before the service.
Equipment and our other website
This website is not an online shop and does not process equipment purchases. Equipment is sold through our separate website, which has its own terms and privacy practices; these terms do not govern purchases there.
Organisation enquiries
The Organisations page is for enquiries only. It lets a business contact start a conversation. We do not currently offer employee screening, employee enrolment or employer reporting through this website, and the enquiry form does not ask for individual employee medical information.
Using the website
You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting to disrupt it or gain unauthorised access to it, submitting unlawful, harmful or misleading content, submitting another person’s personal information without their permission, or using the forms for emergencies or to send detailed medical records.
Contact forms and WhatsApp
Messages you send through the forms are delivered to us by email. Please do not send detailed medical information through the website forms. You can also contact us by telephone, WhatsApp and email.
Third-party services and links
The website links to services provided by others, such as Google, WhatsApp and social media. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices; their own terms apply to your use of them. When we arrange a referral or a service you ask for, we share only the minimum information needed; see the Privacy Notice.
Our content
The text, design, logo and images on this website belong to Sleep AeroCare or are used with permission. You may view the website for your own personal use and may not copy or reuse its content without our written permission.
Availability and accuracy
We try to keep the website accurate and available but cannot promise that it is free of errors or interruptions. Information may change without notice. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
